Why do you need a solicitor?
- Solicitors are trained over a period of several years to deal with court actions, and some have specialist training after this.
- Claims handlers have appeared in the last few years to handle disease and accident claims. They are not solicitors.
- We think they are likely to negotiate with insurance companes instead of getting on with your case.
- They have thousands of clients on their books, so we think you may not get a personal service.
- Claims handlers may refer you to solicitors with whom they have made financial arrangements. these solicitors are not likely to be specialists.
- Solicitors have insurance, so they are accountable if your case goes wrong.
We advise you to stay away from claims handlers if you have an asbestos disease claim. Go straight to a specialist solicitor.
