In light of the dreadful decision in Cameron -v- Winters and HHJ Walton's earlier decision, I attach below details of a Pickering’s case heard in June this year by Master Rose.

Mr Mason Cave's daughter was awarded £62,500 for her father's pain and suffering.  He started with symptoms in March and died in October.  Therefore, about 7 months pain and suffering.
